Cancer affected people who have completed four our five years of treatment are generally called
cancer victors these people invited as victors to chennai those people are not taken treatment
should bring proper medical treatment atleast one week in advance to our centre
What is DIFFERENT this year?
For the First time in29 years, the function is going to be held in a very grand manner.All victors and one escort will be given
free 4star hotel on a double or triple sharing basis. But they cannot stay the
said place beyond breakfastAll victors to take care of their own travel and they cannot stay beyond extended date.
There will be a help desk manned by our staff at Central and Egmorestations. And also at Arumbakkam and Koyambedu metro stations.Hotel Radha Regent is the venue of the program, which is well connected with railway stations, metro stations and airport.
Why are we organizing the 29th Cancer Victors’ Day in a grand manner?
Generally doctors tend to neglect their own health and most doctors are found to have disease in late stages, likewise it happened with the life of Dr.Ramanathan Jayararam, Founder,Managing Trustee. It so happened on th4 April 2023, doctor was found unconscious with less BP and pulse going down. Fortunately, his son was home that night, who quickly reacted and called for 
emergency services. Doctor had to undergo an emergency surgery for abscess in the lung. Though he responded to the surgery quickly, there were a number of complications. He was shifted to SPM hospital in Ashok Nagar. Meanwhile his classmate from Mumbai, an intensivist Dr. Pirkash Jiadani guided his further treatments. Further, he developed irritable bowl syndrome in a week’s time. This shattered him totally.
Any way thanks to Dr. Thulasi Kumar, a great physician, Dr Ramanathan improved and after a week’s time he was discharged. His repeated visit to the hospital and even on 25th June has not deterred and emboldened further to hold the function in a big way. His peers are supporting him in a big way This has encouraged him and his friends to organize a grand cancer victors’ day and make it even bigger at the golden jubilee year

This Year’s highlight:
This year 60 Luminaries from Trichy, Coimbatore, Chennai & Mumbai and other places will join in honoring our cancer victors who in turn will tie friendship band in both their hands.
It is at the discretion of the victors whether to disclose whether they are cancer or merely victors. The Luminaries will be properly introduced by the comperes.
Photography and videography is not permitted even with mobile without the permission of the subjects
Registration and Participation Details
Victors are requested to register themselves along with their respective escorts (one person only) for the program. A separate registration form is enclosed along with this. Registration is mandatory and each victor is requested to send in the filled registration form by post or courier or directly online to ensure their participation. Accommodation:All accommodations will be in 4 star hotels in double or triple occupancy, where in the occupants will be of the same sex. The hotel staff will take the responsibility in allocating beds appropriately. Stay and breakfast is free for 4 hours 4.00 a.m. to 8.00 a.m. on 27th Aug 2023.

No additional escort child / adult will be accommodated free of charge. Payment will have to be made as per Hotel rules.
Luggage should be taken to the main venue as there is no facility to hold it back here or any other hotels.
Hotel Radha Regent rooms have been reserved for special guests of the organizers.
Terms and Conditions:
- Once the room is selected by you, it cannot be changed by anybody, not even by God. Only one escort per victor or donor, is allowed.
- All filled in registration forms should reach us by courier or post, online or before 12th july2023. You are requested to cooperate in this regard
- All terms and conditions prevalent at the hotels need to be complied with. Organizers cannot be held responsible for hotel conditions.
