ANN-VASANTHAM – Continued process of feeding Cancer victims & relatives

This project was launched on 4th Dec 23 and was intended to provide Breakfast and lunch to relatives of cancer affected who were undergoing Day care chemotherapy ward at the main Tata memorial hospital at Parel, Mumbai. 125 people were served Monday to Friday. Within 6 months the Hospital authorities were so impressed by the quality of food and its hygiene they that requested us give it patients as well. This acknowledgement of the food we serve has been a great moral booster. Given here pictures of it works. The kitchen open at 5 am and breakfast reaches Tata Memorial at 7.45 am and it is served by 8 am, hot & clean ! Similarly lunch reaches at 1 pm sharp.

It’s a year!

Yes…Ann-Vasantham- the process of continued feeding of cancer patients & relatives at Tata memorial Hospital completes a year on 4th Dec’24.The pet project launched last year has been appreciated well by the patients, relatives & the management for the uncompromised quality of food which reaches punctually day in and day out.The neat & hygienic kitchen is run largely by cancer victors and a small team. Donors & well wishers have been visiting during operations and have given us great feedback.The trust would like to immensely thank everyone associated with this project most important the cancer survivors, cook, the supporting team who come in the morning to get the ball rolling!You too can make your birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions more memorable by supporting this project.
